This is a small glass stone ring, which looks a little like a hairbow to me. It's probably a size 7 1/2.

They're just glass. I'm not sure what else to call them. Should I call them rhinestones? Or glass stones?

Glass would be completely honest and I commend you for changing the wording of your auction title! Rhinestone would not be honest as you don't know if the stones are rhinestones. How about editing the description in your auction to remove the word 'gemstone'...thanks!
