Is it china or porcelain or ???? Does the gold color rim and hinge-thingy close properly all around? Could you supply an INTERIOR or/and back photo, please. Thanks...this is soooo pretty but too little info here...

I'm pretty sure it's porcelain but I'm not really sure. Yes the hinge closes and it closes perfectly. Sure I'll supply more pictures.
