This auction speaks for itself, it's one of the many Sims games. I personally am getting rid of this simply because I became too addicted to it. Perhaps someone with more time on their hands would want it. xD There is no damage to the game, and you will receive it without a case, and without any open gameplay files. (You will start anew.)
