This is a Hooters girl pin, model #9655-00. It is a blond-haired girl in traditional Hooters top, cheerleader skirt, and pompons. This pin also features a football with Nebraska on it and it is 2 inches high by about 1 inch across at the widest (the pin itself, not the cardboard). It is brand new and still sealed in original packaging. It was purchased in 2004 so I would believe it to be from that year but I can't swear to it. There are pins put out for most colleges, cities, etc, so looking it up would be impossible.
