this shirt is a "cold shoulder" style design with n attached scarf/mini vest type accent as seen in the photos..
measures 21.5 inches from sleeve to sleeve and 15.5 from front neckline(which is slightly scooped ) to bottom hem
the truest color is seen in the first and fourth photos i believe
this really is a gorgeous shirt and a simply beautifully designed style

sure to be flattering to many women ...
tag reads a small but due to the roominess and give in the fabric i believe it would also work for a medium as well....please see measurements
