Cheese Cactus sausage Noodle casseroleI came up with this dish a few years ago. I seen Cactus in the store and being from Germany never even heard of them being edible. Anyway I got brave bought a Jar and after a few days of thinking came up with this recipe. Anyone that tried it loves it ( yes it is that good) I was however not sure to put it on here since the Cactus my scare PPL away. It is a well known food in Mexico and part of the US though . Anyways my new neighbor was just over here and tried some she thought it was so good that she called the whole family over to try it they all loved it. Her knowing that I sell recipes on here her and the rest of her Family basically made me list it lol
