yes it does say free shipping n i also tried to change it but cuz i am new to this i dont know how too...so that is y i updated the changes sayin its gotta b local pck up..if ppl wanna pay for the shipping that is totally up to them....i had sent some1 something n it costed me more for the shipping than what i got in credits...i am sorry for the mix up

You ONLY added the option of Local pick up available so if someone wins and is Local, they MAY pick up but your auction is still listed to be shipped FREE to ANYONE who doesn't live locally so unless Listia lets you make the change CORRECTLY this close to the end of auction then you MUST ship the item FREE to anyone who wins in about 8 hours unless of course the winner Offers to pay the shipping for an auction that they bid on originally expecting free shipping. If I am completely wrong in what I think you meant by your update then I am sorry, I am just trying to be helpful since it seems that you are a new seller.
