Be a member of the leaf village ninja in the Naruto series!! This Headband will make you look cool around your friends, anime conventions and on Halloween!!! This Naruto headband has been hand washed, dried and iron all by me, making the head band smell good. Although, there are alittle stains in the headband due to makeup on cosplay on an convention. I think it is. It doesn't bend easily and it's definitely not plastic. When I bought, the lady said that it's real metal that's what I remember so yeah.
