the only numbers and such i see is on the back it says EM804VIDPR other than that i am not sure. And yes the usb is for charging and transferring the files. Youre welcome(:

No you do not have to have a card for it to work. All you have to do is download your music pictures videos etc. with a micro sd card it allows you more space
