I am not entirely certain. It feels like you are putting on thick lotion then saran wrap. when you do it the first time it's weird. but then you get used to it. your skin tingles while it's working! And don't worry I won't. Still fighting this stupid spring cold.

Let me clarify. This is NOT for weight loss. This is to get rid of the excess fat and skin left after you lose weight. This helps take away the inches after the pounds. I lost weight but didn't look like it I could not get rid of the inches.
