A collection of 4 tintype photographs also known as ferrotype - probably from the same family which were acquired at a state sale, there is also an undated handwritten letter recording the death and funeral of Mrs. Sarah Boyd, the first person in the photograph. One of them is damaged, bended right in the middle but identifiable (the one at the right upper corner).

Are the purple notes ones you wrote down or ones that came with the estate sale cause I highly doubt they had colored paper back then but love the photos and that you have some history with the photos.
