The listing, Mermaid Snail Baby Collectible -1st ever prototype (painted with reborn doll paints heat & air) has ended.
This is a relist because the 1st buyer accidently hit the GIN button when her baby hit the keyboard. I refunded her credits. Accidents happen and I want the buyer to really want what they win from me.
1st Ever Snail/ mermaid Baby (prototype)- not perfect
The snail baby / mermaid baby has very fine details! She measures 3 inches including her shell and 2 inches at her widest part (tiny shells). Her wooden display board measures 3 1/2 inches across. Everything has been glued in place so nothing can be lost. I tried to make her as real as possible so I used real sand, real sea shells, real moss, real starfish (1 point broke-see pict. I did glue it together so it's sort of hard to see), tiny faux pearls (the smallest had to be lifted by a tooth pick and placed just right), soft tibetan hair, and faux gemstones. Her eye edges, nostrils and lips have been glossed to make her look more real. You can style her hair anyway you want using a little water on your finger tips or detangler spray on your finger tips- I liked it spread out and standing a little up as if she was in the water. I used a combination of reborn air dry paints and reborn heat set paints on her.
She is a prototype-not perfect-she has flaws, because I was experimenting with paints (using both reborn heat set and air dry paints). I was also experimenting with clay and everything on her display. It took me 2 weeks and a total of 20 hours to make her. No returns- as is
Shipped fast with FREE shipping! I had to list her higher because she has a lot of stuff with her and I ordered everything online from US sellers so she cost a lot to make. She also weighs 4x the weight of 1 regular clay baby so it will cost me a lot more shipping.
