This is a used item that remains in overall good condition. This was part of a jewelry estate I am am working on. My first guess is, it's from the 80's only because I remember things like this in my youth. There are no stamps or markings.

I cannot tell you about the metal. It has a goldtone finish and if you will look at picture 4 there is some tarnishing on the inside. The tarnishing is not visible from the outside.
