FYI - You'll get a lot more bids if you veryify. It really doesn't make any difference as far as Listia assurance, but it makes buyers more comfortable.

It's very easy to get verified. Just go to listia.com and on the left side scroll down to the fourth column to 'account settings', in the box click on 'verify account'. Listia will send you a code via text message for you to use to verify your account. Once you are verified, you will earn the 'I am verified' badge', and by either verifying your phone number and/or your credit card or bank account you will receive those two badges, respectfully. Having either or both of the social network sites, Facebook and Twitter, does not mean you are verified, those two badges only show that you used them to sign in to Listia. Being verified gives other members confidence when they bid on your auctions which will in turn bring you a higher amount of credits on your auctions. And will show that you are a valued and serious member of the Listia community. Thank You!
