All points earned from my auctions go to support our daughter's charity, the Love Your Pet Expo Sanctuary for Special Needs Animals. This is an all-volunteer organization, with never enough money. That's why I have to charge for shipping. Sorry.

Thank you so much. Last month we brought in a blind puppy, a pregnant homeless cat, and a very sick 7-toed kitten that we never expected to live, but is now thriving. ;-)

My daughter 'adopted/rescued' a deaf Jack Russell mix from a shelter that was getting ready to put him down. My granddaughter's boyfriend volunteered at that shelter, told my g-dgtr, who then told my daughter: 'we HAVE to save him'. Emery is a doll, but sadly is not house-trained. They've had him almost 2 years now and she has tried everything. I think it is because there was another male dog in the house and 2 female cats, so Emery thinks he has to mark everything. I love animals too and just signed on to volunteer at a local shelter/rescue/adoption agency. I done everything but my mentoring...so I'll be doing that pretty soon. KUDOS to your daughter AND you for all the hard work and love that goes into caring for animals with special needs.

We rescued a deaf Aussie. Deaf dogs are much tougher to train than blind dogs. They seem to live in their own private world and do whatever they want. :-(
