This is a small black lined leather halter top. Looks like it fits a B cup. Laces up the front and ties around the back and neck.

It's hard to measure because it's adjustable. It ties at neck and around you. I get 16+" of leather around(again it is adjustable as it laces up the front and ties in the back) It is 12" from top of tie to bottom of leather. Straps on bottom are each 16" and neck ties are 15" I can gin for 2500 if you're interested, I'll add it.
