This vine is light & graceful & wonderful in a pot so yes, it will enjoy spending the winter indoors with you, where it will continue to grow :) And then, during the summer set it on a shaded deck or balcony so ants can pollinate the plant to produce the spiral blooms.

ahhhh, that was the laugh I needed today! Though I have been known to dabble in the art's...this beauty is solely the work of Mother Nature. It's called Psychotria elata and is a near extinct South American rain forest plant. It's also the iconic image behind Mick Jagger's "Hot Licks" logo.

Wow, that is Mother Nature plant, I would love to get hold of one of those. It is a Real Shame out Many plants and Animals becoming extinct in South American. I watch Natgeo and with all the Logging (rich people wanting Special wood - totally unnecessary & killing animals - for the furs, tusks, etc.)
I am an avid animal advocate and nature conservancy member, etc. The more I learn about the brutality of animals and greediness, the more disheartened I become. On the other hand their is "a lot of Loving people" fighting to stop, Circus's, SeaWorld (torturing orcas and many more), along with abusive and neglective unhumane beings.
Well I sure got sidetracked....had a 3rd stroke on May 3rd (Minor stroke), it brain has been really hard to stay in focus.
I am going to see if anyone has this plant, but I don't want to take anything that is becoming extinct, I just though if anyone had seeds from it??
