I'm pretty sure it's mostly acrylic, one skein (the color changing at the bottom, pinkish- brownish one) is 30% wool. other than that- I can't really be sure...

It's about the size of a half plastic shopping bag, all combined it would probably be same amount as three yarn skeins, give or take. I hope it's helping, sorry- wish I could say more than that...
