waist, 26 to 28 because there is some stretch to them.

No, waist needs to be 13" to 13 1/2 " across the back. And I neeed the front rise, from crotch to top of front, Both can be done easily with a ruler.

Thank you so much sweety, they would have been too big for me, that is why I have ppl measure for me. I wear anywhere from size 0 to 4, depending on rise and back waist. If rise would have been low I could have fit them with that waist measurement. Thanks again!!
