What's the length? I'm 5'5. Would it be below the knee?

On the sideseam that goes from under your arm down it measures 29.5. on me (I am 5'3") it comes just below the knee. on someone taller I would say it would com about the knee, but it does have fully elastic bands for straps that adjust like a brastrap, so I am assuming it depends on the size of the ladies bosom on how much will come below the knee.
