Description

The listing, FUZZY RABBIT EAR STARTS x2~L@@K!! has ended.

O.K. Friends, here today, I am sharing T*W*O healthy starts from my "FUZZY RABBIT EAR BASKET". As you can see---these are gorgeous!! The stalks on these are THICK. The leaves are the size of my thumb---as you can see in Photo #3!! Stalks are FUZZY and the leaves are FUZZY--just like a bunny's ear!! Do N*O*T mistake these for Kitten Ears--these are quite a bit larger. In this variety---there are FUZZY MOUSE EARS (tiny), FUZZY KITTEN EARS (medium leaves), FUZZY RABBIT EARS (larger) and Lamb's Ears (elongated leaves and largest)..
As the winner of the auction, you will received TWO starts from this plant---UNROOTED. I will clip these the morning of shipping, wrap the ends in a wet paper towel. Towel will be wrapped in plastic bag, to keep them moist for the trip. I suggest that you have a pot and fresh potting soil ready for their arrival. They can go directly into the dirt, or may be rooted in water as well. I have several rooting in water at this time--but I doubt the roots will appear before the auction ends. IF I do have some with roots, I will send them. But PLEASE KNOW, at this time, you are bidding on STARTS WITH NO ROOTS. (BASKET in Photos 1 & 2 is N*O*T included!!)

**KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS for more UNUSUAL AND DIFFERENT PLANTS!! I am TIRED of the 'same ole' same ole'" stuff. I have been looking and searching for something DIFFERENT to list---and I have several I am going to list already---so STAY TUNED!!**

I offer FREE SHIPPING to save you $$$!

If I put them straight in dirt (in a pot) won't this be a problem? I thought they needed roots. Should I dip them in rooting compound 1st then put them in a pot of dirt? I really do like these plans but have never had much luck with them LOL

YES---you can certainly put them straight into dirt in a pot. They are frowing in dirt right now and they DO have roots- last one I have with roots are the ones I am going to send!! My best luck with them has been letting them dry out good between watering---because I have SUCH a BAD HABIT of OVERWATERING everything--I have started using a spray bottle and misting everything--and that has helpedme with these---they are really pretty--GOOD LUCK!!
