This dress is BRAND NEW WITH TAGS and SUPER cute!!! It's made by "To The Max" and is a size M, it retails for $29.00. It has 2 pockets on the lower front of the dress and zips up the side. PERFECT for Spring/Summer or that island getaway :)

It's actually pretty free flowing there, the chest and middle are almost more like a bubble dress, I am a 36D and it fit just fine for me!! I think it's one of those styles that would work on pretty much anyone!!

Yes I would say so, although with the "bubble-like" body it could really fit even a L or so in my opinion!! Just depends on how you like your fit!
