This is a never used 1991 version of the Book of Cake Decorating. It's from Britain but does have ounce/cup measurements in it. I just never used it because I didn't want to bother with almond paste and fondant, but if you're into using that, it has scratch recipes for both. I hope someone finds this as wonderful as I did when I got it, but then uses it too. :-) If you want a few more pics of the cakes inside, just ask, I just didn't want to take pics of everything. Some examples of the cakes are: a racetrack, a basketweave hat, a rainbow, baby bunnies in bed, what you see on the cover, and a hedgehog. Happy bidding!
