Here U have my own version recipe for CHILAQUILES ROJOS, which are like enchiladas but made from homemade tortilla chips, cooked in a skillet instead of baking in the oven. If U love enchiladas, U will love this dish. It tastes just like enchiladas, but W/O all the hassle of making them with so many dishes that you have to wash later. This is all made in one skillet. It's very delicious! This is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I also have other delicious recipes listed, like my TAMALE MEATLOAF & BANANA CAKE, oh so delicious, both my family's favorites. Just so U know that I don't just copy & paste recipes off the internet like many do here, I actually make my own recipes, I take the time to type them up, take photos, upload them on my computer, and I have to keep buying batteries for my camera too. That's why I list them for higher credit amount than "normal".
