Fanning is something you do when you find a lister you like and you deal with and you've had good experiences with. fanning is not a popularity contest, or god forbid, a way to add to your badges. nothing at all personal, it just makes me nuts when ppl ask on every page to be fanned, not saying you do, but i see it on every single page! and like i said, fanning has a purpose,. ive earned my fans, i like to think. wouldn't you like to feel the same way? how does a lister, 1 month old with 3 completed auctions have 157 fans, come on, and i've seen in! lol, ok, done ranting, have a great day!! :-}

To add to what DKayF said in the previous comments, you can save a .txt file from any word processor. You just have to type the file extension in manually or select it from the drop down list. For Mac users, TextEdit is equivalent to Notepad on Windows.
