For your consideration are these lovely old cameos. The bottom black & white ones are for yellow gold tone wires and have some heft. Not plastic. Sorry no wires. I took a close up pic where you should be able to see the rough cut edges on the black from the back. The other four are posts. The blue & white to the left of them are silver tone and were mine as a child. I'm 60. Not expensive I wouldn't think. The small yellow gold tone posts above them are newer but i don't know how much newer. I don't know what the cameos are made of, so lets assume resin but nice. The largest yellow gold tone cameos have butterfly backs on them that say Avon but I'm not sure about the earrings being Avon. I can't tell what they are made of either. The best ones are the silver filigree looking ones. They look like mother of pearl carved cameos and I believe they are sterling silver but can't say for sure because I see no markings. The post is part of the earring framework. They are not the cheaper soldered on kind. See close-up pic. The butterfly backs do not match so they could be replacements from the originals that might have held the 925 marking. Very pretty. Glad to answer any questions. Smoke free and pet free home.
