The experts estimated that about 100,000 of these got out into the public before Fleer was able to catch the error and black it out.

Yes, very rare. And take caution if you find one. I've read that there are quite a few "imposters" out there. The billripken.com sight is still up with all the info on this card. Lots of fun info there!
