How well does this really work. I have tried to find something that works as well as the stuff you buy at the vet, but so far nothing has worked. Thanks for answering.

It works well for us and our three dogs w/the regular upkeep (as the is an added extra tip that I send with this aside from just the bathing end). I suppose it would be different depending on the dog and area You reside in though :-)
