This is a new unopened unisex crib/toddler bed fitted sheet. Material is 100% cotton jersey (extra soft like a T-shirt) measures standard crib mattress 28" x 52". If GIN is used I'll add a another plain fitted sheet also it is used but in good condition no stains.
