Hello Everyone...I am back with Vera Bradley :). This is a really nice shoulder bag/laptop carrier. This is used and does have a couple of really small worn places on the bottom of bag. I tried to take a picture but it really doesn't show up with all those flowers. Also the cardboard insert in the bottom of the bag is slightly bowed due to laptop carrying. I did not have this cleaned but see no spots on it. The bag measures 12" x 14" with 2 plastic buckles in front to close. On the front under the flap are 3 roomy pockets and on the inside 2 more pockets. On the back is a zippered section for additional storage.
