The listing, "Boy, Have I Got Pet Peeves!' $10 Bath & Body Works Gift Card Mystery Box Auction To Vent POST HERE has ended.

A pet peeve is a minor annoyance that an individual identifies as particularly annoying to him or her, to a greater degree than others may find it.

I have a couple... and after being rubbed the wrong way by one of them, I need to kick my feet up and relax a bit.

This auctions starts with a way to relax after your feathers have been ruffled the wrong way. A $10 gift card to Bath & Body Works...yes, that right, no matter where this ends you you get the card!

Be sure to check comments below because for every unique person that leaves a unique pet peeve I will add an item*...and after ever tenth item added I will post a list of what was added.

Now, let's start with one of my pet peeves, the inspiration for this auction. I have, in the not to distant pass, received a mystery box that was so far below par I actually requested my credits back. How far below? Here's part of my actual note to the seller:
"toddler clothes and I don't have children and this wasn't a childrens mystery box, Dollar tree beach balls one with a hole in it, used makeup and chapstick, half used perfume with cap left off which wasted in the box. Used fake fingernail kit with only 5 nails left, used hair bows one which still had hair in it and was rusted, used hair towel with hair dye on it, expired eye drops which have been used and to top it off it all smells of cigarette smoke...smh...this was just sad.... plain and simple."

Okay, now THAT is my pet peeve..blatantly horrible mystery boxes.

Now sometimes you'll get a mystery box that has items in it you won't personally use but you can regift or relist right? I always try to send items I think the person can use in someway. I look back through thier feedback and try to pack items simular to ones they have won in the past.

Okay, well there you have it. Let's get the "whinning" started..I'll go get the cheese and crackers...lol!

I know people are not going to like this. I hate when people ask to fan back. I mean is someone really your fan if you have to ask them. Or when people comment with compleat ignorance. like people who think shipping to Canada is expensive without cheaking a USPS link provided. When I first came back that was the most annoying thing to me...my first auction had 20+ and NONE of those folks placed even one bid..lol. Yeah, the Canada one gets me too. I ship free to Canada when I can afford it because it is only a few dollars higher, but when I can't only ask for a $5 help. :-)

Great pet peeves.. and totally agree with the feet/shoes on bed. I make my kids mad all the time because the rule in my house is you cant be on the bed until you have had a shower. Cool Auction!!!

My biggest pet peeve is that word that individuals like to use as every other word. examples: "like", "whatever", "okay", "dude" or my moms favorite (bless her heart) "and everything" on the end of almost ever sentence.

We really appreciate sellers like yourself that ship to Canada, Thats why I became your fan ages ago, Often shipping to Canada cost only 10 cents to $2 and often under $1 more for anthing under 2lbs . I also hate when seller offer free shipping to U.S. and say Canadians should pay like twice as much as what it costs. Its easy to check with the USPS web site. I dont understand why people wouldent just Charge the difference if anything.

Mine is people who use this site to make money on shipping! I don't mind paying a reasonable amount if I really want something but this site is not about making a profit on shipping. I I was recently asked $5 to ship a pair of earrings. The listing said 'actual' shipping and I was told the package weighted 15 oz! When it finally came it had .66 shipping and that is what I paid. Some people put flat fee and if it isn't bad I pay - no problem, but everyone on here knows it does not cost $5 to stick a pair of earrings in some cardboard into an envelope and off. Go back to ebay!

Lol... I feel you on that. Lord knows shipping KILLS me, but the gratification of giving away something that's hanging around the house so I can win something I want more is worth more than the $3 extra i'd get from asking insane shipping. A friend of mine accidently bidded on an auction like that, won for 1 credit and paid $3...she won a die cut of some dog tags... a piece of paper.

My biggest PET PEEVE is ppl who Have REALLY NICE, FAST Cars, who drive 10 to 15 mi under the speed limit!!!!!! Then as you try to pass them, they speed up and won't let you pass!!!!!

Interesting auction. My pet peeve would be those people who stand behind you in line, like RIGHT BEHIND you so you can feel them pressing against you, or semi-pressing against you. LOL oh this auction is great, my pet peeve is when someone flags your auction for no reason at all. Plus all of the above. I also did a mystery box for small female puppy. The lady sent me excuse after excuse of why she didnt ship it yet and I was being patient and nice then she either blocked me or shut her account off and ripped me off. So I stay away from those boxes.

Oh nooo, I hate that. I'll admit I seem to have the most snaffus when it comes to shipping from missing packages to 7 days from here to down the street, but I'd never NOT ship and not refund cedits. I know how hard it is to earn these boogers...lol. I tend to only stick to auctions that have a starting item I would really like and that list clues to other items. My pet peeve: I once received a mystery box with tons of goodies... but couldn't use most of it because it REEKED of cigarette smoke, which I am extremely allergic to. All users should have to post whether it comes from a smoke free home or not! I've had to throw away good stuff from multiple users because it just smells so nasty, I cannot wear or use it!

I HATE that...won a Vera Bradley Purse, 5000 credits and can't use it.... I'm also allergic. It's been washed and still smells like smoke so now it's in the freeze sprayed with Febreeze. The cold supposidly kills the funk. Well see. :-)

I have no use for a B&BW gift card, but I would like to join in the ranting! My biggest pet peeve is people who misuse the English language (they abound on this site!) but especially people who say "I could care less" when they mean that they don't care. The phrase is "I COULDN'T care less!!!!!" If you 'could' care less, then obviously you must care at least a little bit. Sadly, even college educated professionals who should know better screw that phrase up - newscasters, book editors, scriptwriters... Geesh!

Okay Im back with another pet peeve,lol! Mine is when my kids ask me to do something and I say give a few minutes, then their back in less than 30 seconds asking again. My kids are so pushy oh it makes me mad!!!!
Also about the cigarette smoke smell, try washing it with white vinegar. I am a ex smoker now for 2 years and I smoked for 18years and that was a trick to getting some smell out. also if a house smells like smoke, take a cereal bowl and fill it with vinegar and leave it out on the counter for over night. Thats supost to help. I cant stand the smell of cigarette smoke now.

loovvvee thhiiisss! super cool auction! my pet peeve is....... pet hair! lol i go to my mother in laws house where she has about 117 (not really but it feels like it)and a huge white dog! now dont get me wrong i love animals, i just dont want to wear them! every time i go over there i take evasive action! no black clothes, no sitting on the furniture, and i have a stock pile of lint rollers! please if u have pets inside especially one that shed like they have mange, use a vaccum or brush your animals...... out side! thanks for letting me vent i feel 1000 hairs lighter!!!!

Lol..I'm listing a t-shirts tonight and calling it the cat hair garbber of all cat hair grabbers...lol. I make it my business to keep my Listia items in my cat proof den. But one day I bought a t-shirt for a friend and left it on my couch while I fixed a quick snack. Came back 15 mins later and it was covered with cat fur! The funny thing is the cats were sleep, so I guess it just grabbed hair out of the air. Now there isn't huge fur balls flying through the air at any given time so I assume this t-shirt has some sort of static electricity cat fur grabbing thing going on...thus cat hair garbber of all cat hair grabbers...lol.

My biggest pet peeve ever (i have tons) but, People who deliberatly put themselves in situations and then when they get what they want, Ie the desired outcome, Only ***** and moan about it. A shining example, This person I know had invetro fertilization at 40+ to have a 4th child. Well not only did we have to hear all her crap before her lovely planned c-section but now baby is here and she has the moans about that as well. I hate when people ask stupid or obvious questions.Like when I went to the hospital
with chestpains.The nurse was trying to start an iv and was having a hard time finding a vein. My son asks "Mom are you sure it was your heart?" Duh, I think I know since I had already had a bypass.His stupidity and my anxiety with the chest pains and the nurse trying to find a vein caused me to have an asthma attack too.

One of my biggest pet peeves is the sound of paper and when a woman shuffles around in her junky purse. The sound of all of her unneccessary junk in her purse urkes my nerves. I actually have 2. Big big pet peeves.
1.People chewing with their mouths open. Especially at a restaurant. Really, like i want to see what you ordered all chewed up.
2.Leaving the kitchen cupboard doors open. Oh that drives me nuts. My husband will purposly leave them all open befor he leaves for work so when i wake up and come down stairs they are all open.
