yes, if an auction has free shipping and you are the top bidder when the auction ends the seller will send the item to you. On some auctions the winner has to pay the shipping to get the item. The winner has to give the seller their listia address and the seller has 7 days to put the item out in the mail to you.

Now, if someone wins the auction, how do you send the seller your address for shipping, because I know you aren't supposed to do it in the messenger thing.

when the auction ends on the auction page there will be a place to send the seller your address and only the seller can see it.
if you go to your home page go all the way down on the bottom left there is a place to verify your address. do that now before you win something.
