3001-6000 winner gets 2 pins
6001-9000 winner gets 3 pins

Really awesome pins but I am confused about the whole tiered auctions. Lets say for example if I were to bid 6,002 does that mean I automatically win at the end 3 pins? I am confused sorry. :( Please explain.
