He definitely is a very handsome fellow :) I am leaning toward metal because of the green that showed up in the photo. Yet when you tap him, it sounds like plastic??? Don't think it it leather on top and the underneath might be resin because of the weight of the item. However, I am no expert in these matters. I wish I could be more exact I but I can't. He is one of the hardest pieces I have ever had to describe online :) TY for your questions.
