this will hold one paper towel at a time and u can stand it on your counter or refrig or whereever u choose to put it and it metal there is a lil rust at the bottom of the stand but it isn't bad u might even be able to get it off i never tried i got something nicer so i don't need it anymore,i have so much stuff i have to start getting rid of alot of stuff cuz i have so much of it .srry there is no free shipping cuz im disabled and only recieve a check once a month so if u r serious about wanting the item and can pay for shipping then plze bid but if u not then plze don't bid,i accept paypal,post office money order and no other money order will be accepted and no checks and will also accept concealed cash and once i recieve the money i will mail it out once u contact me within 7 days of my closing auction with a verified lisita address and if u don't have one will not send it to u so plze mske sure u have one so i can send it to u or i will relist the item and keep the credits and there is no refunds due to buyer remorse.when i mail it i will also provide u with a tracking number,thanks for looking and good luck to the happy winner
