This is a very large 4 dose a day medication box. Pockets are each made for several pills, and large size pills. If you only need 2 doses, use the bottom ones for a 2nd week. Each day pops out, so when you go out for the day or overnight, you don't have to take the whole box. Each section snaps closed and stays in the tray. Really helpful.
