These allow you to pool bitcoins with other miners. It's basically plug and play with a few miner (hehe a pun) settings you might need to tweak. If you go to the website I mention in the description (mining.bitcoin.cz) you can read more about it. You only get a few cents a day, sometimes even less, but occasionally you get a big chunk of bitcoin. It's all pretty much random, I think. But anyway, it's just a way to mine bitcoins without having to have a thousand dollar setup,. Shared mining basically. Go to the site and look it up, it's pretty cool :-D
