It's called Precision scales. 10 year limited warranty That's about.it, except I did use the original box to ship something else in. But all the paper work will be with it. Thanks so much. I have a problem with holding my camera still also. I have used a kitchen chair facing backwards toward what I am shooting and rest the camera on the top of the chair while I sit on it backwards. Maybe this suggestion would help you. you have to do it. gounder your pic and name and it'll say VERIFY ADDRESS. click on it and do what it sayslet know if i can help . put your arrow on your little circles click on the one that says you not and do what it says. fanned

well, it's new. never used.. all paper work.. i didn't know i woulldn't use it and i used original bobox for somethingese, but i' make it look nice. i can put a card in there that says 'JUST FOR YOU'. GOOD LUCK GF FANNED
