4.5" closed lightweight lockback stainless steel blade with etch textured composition handle.
Blade length open is 4". New in original box. This is a good size Search and Rescue knife. The blade has S.A.R. over USA etched on it.

Does it have a built on belt/pocket clip?

No the Search and Rescue knife does not have a belt clip. I have 2 that do. The Delta Ranger and the Swamp Lizard both have belt clips. I would have responded sooner but I have been out of town at a funeral. I hope it didn't cause any problems for you.
