new, never used ulock chip.
i used an identical chip to unlock tmobile sidekick 3, worked great.
will NOT be in carton, i will ship in an envelope to the exact address that you give me, if you want guarantee of delivery, i would suggest that you pay for insurance. post office is reliable, but not perfect.
all items i have sent in past arrived no problem.

do not believe the listia auction description listed "http://www.listia.com/auction/1762462" wherein seller says these are $25 .they are not.
and at 2200 get it now, i will lose 200 for listing fee, this is less than half other sellers get it now and is free shipping, theirs is not

i used one to unlock tmobile sidekick, the put it in my att phone, phone recognized it then worked in that phone also.
remember, when you remove it the cell phone is no longer unlocked until you put chip back in
