This is a nice scooter. It has working wheels, working brakes, etc. Surprisingly heavy. It does have a couple of paint chips on it. On one side you can see them near the back wheel and where you feet would go. This scooter is about 6" long to give you a size perspective. Nice piece and would look really cute with a small doll or teddy
