1 if it is the only monster you control your op cant attack
2 your op can attack if they have 5 cards.
3 this card can change its lv to 8 if you control a lv8

If it is the only monster you control and ur opponent has less 4 or less cards in the hand they can't attack you. FYI you could just google search cards and their effects.Lol.
