The listing, Octopus Towel-Hanger has ended.

What a cute little guy! This metal towel- (bathrobe-, etc) hanger measures about 10x10 inches and is actually purple, unlike the blue tone, which seems to show-up in the photo. A small section of paint is missing from the top of his head, but is barely noticeable. He would be a fun addition to your child's bathroom, or placed on a porch, to hold towels after swimming!

Sorry for the delay in getting back with you. We just hung him using two small nails, placed in the dimples in his cheeks. There is no special attachment from which to hang him, but this worked quite nicely and unobtrusively.
