Are they really stretchy? I ask because I wear 16s but have shrunk 18 before to fit, however stretchy ones tend to stretch out as you wear them & the shrinking thing don't work. Thanks.

If you are a size 16 these would be to big. They wont shrink that much. I like my pants with a little stretch because im a pear shape.

They are not super stretchy at all. They have no more than 3% spandex in them.
