Opuntia Prickly pear Cactus pads. These are easy to grow and cold hardy to at least 0 degrees. It doesn't get much colder than that where I live. These get bigger every year and have the most beautiful brilliant yellow flowers accented with red starlike centers. You'll receive three or four pads and a couple seed pods. You really just have to lay these in soil and they will take off,can also be grown in pots.They have some very vicious spines,so I would not recommend them around small children. They enjoy full sun.
