This is a Tibeten singing bowl. Used in ritual and religious practices world wide giving the bowl a tap on the top edge of the bowl with the wand then ringing (circling with continuous contact)the wand around the top edge several times to make it sing. It takes practice so dont get discouraged.

I do not mean to sound mean but I must include this. I am a disabled person on a limited income. I like offering free shipping on some items but cant always do that.  Like many Listians often my money runs out before the month does. So there are times when I will need a buyer to wait until I can afford to ship. If you are unable to wait ask first to see if I can ship right away. I choose not to ship out of the US. If you want tracking on an item you will need to pay that fee through my paypal...I cant afford to add tracking on everything. I feel it is a small price to pay and I dont make money from it.
