The listing, Black & White pattern skirt has ended.

Tag reads Small but it's more of a M / L.
Picture doesn't do justice - it's really beautiful and full.
I won it but it's a little too big for me - unfortunately!
The waistband has some stretch to it.
Waistband is cotton and spandex. The skirt is polyester, black background, not gray as the photo looks.
Shipping is higher, but I'm only charging $3.

How long is it?

it's about 20 inches from the bottom of the waistband to the bottom of the skirt and that waistband (the black portion at the top) unfolds to another 6 inches. The skirt itself is a beautiful sheer black material w/ a layer of solid black underneath so it's not see through. It's a little bit pleated for fullness / A line.
