This is a Les Paul controller that is used with the Xbox 360 Version of Guitar Hero III. Controller only, sorry, no game or extras. There is no receiver for this.

I don't think so because the controller is for X Box and there are others around in stores that are for PlayStations. They have their own controllers.

@Sheena3 Actually, as long as the games are all for the XBOX360 it should work fine. I have a guitar from Guitar Hero World Tour and it works for all my other GH games including earlier ones.
