Exactly as it says in the listing. It's free shipping within the US and exact cost everywhere else.

So if you live in the US I pay the shipping, if you live in another country the exact shipping cost would be paid by the winner.

As for the comment, once I reply I hide all comments on all listings. It's really just a pet peeve I guess, but I totally dislike the option. IMHO, correspondence between two parties regarding a transaction should remain between them. I'd really like to hide mine too, but then the poster won't be able to see the answer.
