The listing, NWT Beautiful Tunic Dress Size M/L has ended.

The size is a complete estimate. I ordered this online and it says xxxl, but since I could wear it on one thigh, I'm suspecting this was made in an Asian country where petite size woman are considered Amazons.

The bust appears to be 38 inches and the length is 37 inches from shoulder to hem.

The beautiful bow pendant is removable

It really is a lovely dress, but it will cost me too much to pay international return shipping to justify the return.

My loss is your gain!

Sorry, but I don't think it would. 38 inches is the max at the fullest part of the busy.
